Ingredients For strawberry-cheesecake tartlets

    phyllo dough sheets, thawed
  • 4 tsp
    cinnamon-sugar spice mix, divided
  • 1 box
    sugar-free fat-free instant cheesecake pudding mix, like jell-o
  • 1 1/2 c
    skim milk
  • 12
    strawberies, hulled and quartered

How To Make strawberry-cheesecake tartlets

  • 1
    Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place 2 phyllo sheets on work surface; coat with cooking spray. Sprinkle each with 1/2 tsp. spice mix; stack sheets. Repeat 3 times to create 2 stacks of 4. Cut each stack into 6 squares; press into greased wells of mini-muffin pan. Bake 10 min. or until golden. Let cool 2 min. in pan. Remove; let cool completely. In bowl, blend next 2 ingredients; divide among shells. Top with berries. Garnish with mint or orange zest and powder sugar.
