I'm sure you can tell by now that I love baking w/ cranberries, lol. These are some of my favorite bars.

Ingredients For sour cream cranberry bars

1 cbutter, softened

1 cpacked light brown sugar

2 cquick-cooking oats
-
1-1/2 cplus 2 tbsp flour

1 csweetened, dried cranberries

1 cfresh cranberries
-
3/4 csugar
-
1 csour cream, i used light
-
1 lgegg
-
1 Tbsplemon peel
-
1 tspvanilla
How To Make sour cream cranberry bars

1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, cream butter and brown sugar. Add oats and 1-1/2 cups flour. Mix well. Set aside 1-1/2 cups. Press remaining mix into bottom of pan. Bake 10 mins, or until light brown.

2In lg bowl, combine dried cranberries, fresh whole cranberries, sugar, sour cream, egg, lemon peel and vanilla. Add remaining flour and mix well.

3Spread mix evenly over crust. Sprinkle w/ reserved crumbs. Bake 25 mins, or until light brown. Cool. Cut into bars.
