2 smor 1 very ripe banana

2 capplesauce, unsweetened

3 Tbsplight butter

2 lgeggs ( or egg beaters)

2 tsppure vanilla extract

2 coatmeal
-
1 cwhole wheat flour
-
1 call- purpose flour

3/4 tspbaking soda
-
pinchsalt
-
1/2 tspnutmeg
-
3/4 craisins or currants
-
1/2 tspcinnamon
-
1/2 cwalnuts
How To Make (snacks on the run.) oatmeal high fiber cookies

1PREHEAT OVEN TO 350* . COMBINE bananas , applesauce, butter,eggs, and vanilla .

2IN LARGE BOWL MIX TOGETHER OATMEAL , flour, baking soda salt,spices and currants ,or raisins.

3ADD COMBINED FRUIT MIXTURE TO DRY INGREDIENTS,UNTIL JUST BLENDED. DROP by round tablespoonfuls ,onto ungreased cookie sheets. BAKE IT FOR 25 minutes or until golden brown.

4ENJOY IT AND CUT INTO BARS SHAPE AND STORE IT IN A TIGHT CONTANER
