Ingredients For slow-cooked praline apple crisp

6 mdcrisp tart apples, peeled & sliced (about 6 cups)

1 tspcinnamon

1/2 cquick cooking oats

1/3 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/4 cflour
-
1/2 ccold butter, cut into small pieces

1/2 cchopped pecans

1/2 ctoffee bits
How To Make slow-cooked praline apple crisp

1Spray 3-4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix apples and cinnamon to coat. Place in the slow cooker. In a medium bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, flour and butter with pastry blender or fork until crumbly. Stir in pecans and toffee bits. Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over apples. Cover and cook on low setting for 4 to 6 hours. Serve with ice cream. 10 servings (1/2 cup each)
