Ingredients For slow cooked apple struesel

8granny smith apples, peeled, sliced

1-1/4 tspcinnamon

1/4 tspallspice

1/4 tspnutmeg

3/4 cmilk, i used 2%

2 Tbspbutter, softened

3/4 csugar
-
2eggs
-
1 tspvanilla
-
1-1/2 cheart healthy bisquick baking mix

1/3 clight brown sugar

3 Tbspcold butter
How To Make slow cooked apple struesel

1In lg bowl, toss together apples, cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg. Place in slow cooker. In another bowl, combine milk, soft butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and 1/2 bisquick mix.

2Spoon mix over apples. In same bowl, wiped clean, combine remaining bisquick mix and brown sugar. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.

3Sprinkle over mix in slow cooker. Cover, cook on low 6 hrs, or until apples are tender. I serve w/ whipped cream. But ice cream is good too.
