How To Make simply the best apple cobbler ever
-
1Heat oven to 375. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In a large bowl stir together apple slices, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Add diced, soft butter and mix together well.
-
2Spread apple mix into bottom of baking pan. In another large bowl, mix both boxes of muffin mix, melted butter and vanilla. Dough will be sticky. Drop dough by heaping tablespoons onto apple mix.
-
3Bake 30-45 mins depending on your oven, it took my oven 40 mins. Part way during baking I put a sheet of aluminum foil on top loosely so the top wouldn't brown too fast. I took it off the last 5 mins, Make sure the top is light golden brown and the apples are bubbly. This is best served warm.
