Ingredients For scalloped rhubarb

3 cdry bread crumbs

1/2 cwater
-
3 cfresh rhubarb, diced

1 csugar
-
1/3 cwater
How To Make scalloped rhubarb

1Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.

2Toss the bread crumbs with the melted butter in a bowl.

3Add the rhubarb and sugar and mix gently.

4Place the mixture in a 7x11\" casserole and pour 1/3 cup of the water over it.

5Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
