1 1/2 cflour

1/2 cbutter, softened

1/2 ccream cheese, room temperature

4plums thinly sliced

2nectarines, thinly sliced

1/3 csugar

1 tspginger
-
1 Tbspcornstarch

1/3 capricot jam
How To Make rustic fruit tart

1Mix flour,butter and cream cheese until mixture is well blended and starts to form ball. Shape dough into ball and wrap tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.

2Roll pastry on floured surface to 12 inch circle. Transfer to greased baking sheet.

3Toss fruit with sugar, ginger, and cornstarch. Spread over crust to within 2 inches of edge of crust. Fold edge of crust over fruit.

4Bake 30 minutes at 375 degree oven. Till golden brown and fruit is tender. Remove from oven apread frit with jam. Serve plain or with ice cream or cool whip.
