  • BLUEBERRY MIXTURE
  • 2 1/2 c
    fresh or frozen blueberrie
  • 1/4 tsp
    xanthun gum (for thickening)
  • 2 tsp
    stevie or sweetener
  • CRUMBLE TOPPING
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 3/4 c
    almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    stevie or sweetener

How To Make blueberry crumble keto style

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray either an 8x8-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray or use 6 individual ramekins.

    In a medium bowl, mix blueberries with xanthun gum and 2 t. Stevia. Spoon into baking dish or ramekins.

    To make topping, with a fork, mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over top.

    Bake 25 minutes, or until top is light golden brown and crunchy. Serves 6.
