Ingredients For rhubarb dump cake

  • 1 lb
    rhubarb, cut into 1/4" pieces
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 pkg
    3oz. strawberry jello
  • 1 pkg
    yellow cake mix
  • 1/4 c
    melted butter
  • 1 c
    water

How To Make rhubarb dump cake

    Preheat oven to 350* Spray a 9x13" baking dish.
  • 2
    Evenly spread rhubarb into dish. Sprinkle with sugar, than sprinkle with the jello. Pour water over the top.

    Sprinkle with dry cake mix, and pour melted butter over the top. Bake for 45 min. or until rhubarb is tender... serve warm with vanilla ice cream is how I like to serve it! Enjoy!
