A delicious Rhubarb dessert that goes great with ice cream, whipped cream or alone. This recipe was one of my Grams that I tweaked to my liking. ENJOY

Ingredients For ~ rhubarb crunch ~
- CRUMBLE

1 cquick cooking oats
-
1/2 cflour
-
1 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/2 cbutter
- RHUBARB MIX
-
3 crhubarb, chopped into 3/4 - 1 inch pieces - i cut stalks into and then chop

1heaping tablespoon flour
-
1 tspground cinnamon
-
1/2 csugar
-
1/8 tspsalt
-
1 Tbspwater
How To Make ~ rhubarb crunch ~

1Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Have an 11 x 7 baking dish sprayer with non stick cooking spray. Combine oats, brown sugar and flour, cut in the butter. ( I do this in my food processor. ) Press half of the crumbs, evenly into bottom of dish.

2In a bowl, combine rhubarb, flour, cinnamon, salt, sugar and water.

3Spread rhubarb mixture evenly over crumbs.

4Top with remaining crumbs. Place in oven and bake for 40 - 45 minutes or until rhubarb is tender.

5Serve as is or with whipped cream or ice cream. Enjoy...
