Ingredients For rhubarb cobbler

  • 2, lb pkg
    rhubarb
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    corn starch
  • 2 Tbsp
    water
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • RHUBARB COBBLER

How To Make rhubarb cobbler

    Cut rhubarb into 1 or 2 inch pieces. Mix sugar, corn starch and water. Add rhurbarb and boil one minute.

    Pour in baking dish ( 9x13) and dot with butter. Add topping TOPPING consist of: 1 1/2 c biscuit mix. 3 tbsp sugar 1/3 cup milk.

    And bake 30 minutes at 450 degrees.
