I just love this dessert ! I've even changed the flavor of jello and fruit. Strawberry bananna is really good.

Ingredients For raspberry ice box dessert

2 pkg(3oz ea.) raspberry gelatin

2 cboiling water

3 cfresh or frozen raspberries

2 cgraham crackers, crushed (32 sqrs)

1/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/2 cbutter or margarine ; melted

1 1/2 ccold milk
-
1 pkgvanilla instant pudding mix (3.5oz)

1 pkgcream cheese ; room temp.
How To Make raspberry ice box dessert

1In a bowl combine the water and gelatin ; stir until dissolved.

2Fold in the raspberries ; refrigerate for 1 hr. or until syrupy.

3In a small bowl combine the cracker crumbs , brown sugar and butter. Press into a buttered 13x9x2" dish.

4In a mixing bowl beat the milk and pudding mix on low speed for 2 min.

5In another mixing bowl beat cream cheese until smooth ; Gradually add pudding.

6Spread mixture over crust ; Spoon gelatin mixture on top pudding mixture. Chill until set.
