This is a tasty appetizer or refreshing dessert, Can't find fresh mint. Soak 1/2tsp dry mint in 1tsp water for 5 mins before mixing it with the fruit

1; 8 ozcan pineapple chunks, drained

1 lgorange, peeled & & sectioned (i cut the sections in half)

1 cfresh strawberries, sliced

1 Tbspfresh mint, minced

1/2 cchilled ginger ale
How To Make rainbow fruit cup

1In a medium sized bowl, gently stir together the pineapple, orange, strawberries, and mint

2Spoon into sherbet dishes
-
3Pour 2 TBSP of the chilled ginger ale over the fruit in each cup

4Serve immediately
