1 canapple pie filling

2 call purpose flour

1-1/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 ccanned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)

3/4 cfat-free egg product

1/3 cvegetable oil
-
2 tspbaking powder
-
1 tspcinnamon, ground
-
1/2 tspfreshly grated nutmeg

1/4 tspbaking soda

1scoop vanilla ice cream

1First spray a 3 1/3 to 6 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Then spoon in the pie filling into the slow cooker & spread evenly.

2Next beat the remaining ingredients all except the ice cream with an eletric mixer on low speed for about 1 min. Make sure to scrape down the bowl constantly. Then beat on medium speed for about 2 min & scrape the bowl down. Then pour over the pie filling.

3Then cover & cook on hih heat setting for about 1 hour & 30 mins to 2 hours or until a toothpick comes out clean. Then serve with the ice cream.
