"plum" good crunch

When a neighbor gave me a bunch of plums, and the only thing I could think of was jam, a 2nd neighbor gave me this recipe! It is so tasty and simple to make. I pretty much have to double it now, as everyone loves it. By the way, after I made this, we planted our own prune plum trees!

Ingredients For "plum" good crunch

4 cpitted, quartered, fresh prune plums

1/4 cbrown sugar

1 cflour
-
1 csugar
-
1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspcinnamon

1egg, beaten

1/4 cmelted butter
How To Make "plum" good crunch

1Combine prepared plums and brown sugar and put mixture in greased 9 x 9 pan.

2Mix flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon together. Add beaten egg to mixture and toss until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit. Drizzle melted butter over the top.

3Bake at 375 degrees for 45 mins. If you double recipe cook for approx. 60 mins in a 8 x 13" pan.Great with vanilla ice cream!
