I actually found this in a recipe book but its so good I had to share

Ingredients For pineapple jello delight

  • 1 can
    pineapples crushed
  • 1 pkg
    strawberry jello
  • 20 oz
    tub of whipped topping
  • 1
    sm container cottage cheese
  • nuts or fruits of choice

How To Make pineapple jello delight

  • 1
    open 1 can of pineapples and pour into pot on stove and add 1 pkg of strawberry jello and cook til mixed well.

    remove from heat and cool. Add cottage cheese and whipped topping and cool for about 3 hours in fridge and it is wonderful...you can't taste the cottage cheese but you sure taste the strawberries and pineapples and I would dare to say it would be just as good with sugar free Jello. You won't be disappointed...
