  • 1/2 c
    butter,softened
  • 1 1/2 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 can
    crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c
    heavy whipping cream, whipped

How To Make pineapple crumbtorte

  • 1
    Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Grease am 8x8 pan or casserole dish. Spread the graham cracker crumbs on the bottom. Cover with the butter mixture.

    Add the pineapple. Cover with whip cream. Freeze. To serve, defrost several hours in refrigerator. Enjoy.
