Ingredients For pineapple au gratin

1 lgcan pineapple chunks, drained

1 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 csugar
-
3 Tbspflour
-
1/2 stickbutter or margarine melted

1/2 critz cracker crumbs
How To Make pineapple au gratin

1Preheat over to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 8" x 8" casserole or pan. (I use PAM)

2Mix pineapple, cheese, sugar and flour. Pour into 8 inch square casserole. Pour melted butter over pineapple mixture and stir.

3Top with Ritz cracker crumbs. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. This recipe may be doubled using a 9" x 13" pan/dish. Can be served hot or cold. Great at pot lucks!
