THIS IS AN EASY DESSERT N WITH THESE HOT SUMMER DAYS WHO WANT THE OVEN ON....NOT ME :) TASTES SIMILAR TO A NAPOLEAN... WE WASHD THIS DOWN WITH FROZEN PIÑA COLADAS. COFFEE WILL ALSO WORK :)

  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding (small pkg)
  • 1 cup coconut, divided
  • 1 can crushd pineapple, draind 8 oz
  • 8 - marachino cherries

How To Make piÑa colada tower cake

  • Step 1
    IN A LARGE BOWL COMBINE COOLWHIP, SOUR CREAM, AND DRY PUDDING MIX...STIR IN 1/2 CUP OF COCONUT AND DRAIND PINEAPPLE.

    SPOON MIXTURE INTO A LARGE GALLON SIZE BAG N SNIP CORNER OFF....ABOUT THE SIZE OF A QUARTER :)
  • Step 3
    PLACE FOUR GRAHAM CRACKERS ON PLATE, TO FROM A RECTANGLE. NOW SQUEEZE OUT ENOUGH PIÑA COLADA MIXTURE ONTO CRACKERS N SPREAD TO COVER...DO THIS THREE MORE TIMES....ENDING WITH CREAM MIXTURE.

    UNDER BROILER TOAST UP REMAINN 1/2 CUP OF COCONUT N SET ASIDE TO COOL FOR A FEW MINUTES.
  • Step 5
    SPRINKLE TOASTD COCONUT ONTOP N REFRIGERATE OVERNITE... TOP WITH MARACHINO CHERRIES N THEN ENJOY :)
