3/4 csugar

2 Tbspbutter

1 cwhipping cream
How To Make pears in caramel cream

1Place pears in a buttered shallow baking pan; sprinkle with sugar and dot with butter.

2Bake at 475 degrees for 15 minutes or until sugar turns brown; baste several times.

3Pour cream over pears, stirring gently.

4Bake 2 additional minutes.
