Robin and I were talking about Grandma Robinson never making desserts that we remember...so she remembers Grandma had a pear tree in the yard, and got fresh pears. She said the most Grandma did for dessert was to bake the pears, coat with cinnamon and eat them. A real special treat was to slice them on top of vanilla ice cream! October 2020 has been full of some fun memories! :)

1Peel pears, sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in oven until softened. Serve as dessert, or put on top of ice cream.
