This scrumptious dessert is a very old recipe of my Grams. My husband just loves anything with peaches and he really loves this one. I hope you do as well. Enjoy!

Ingredients For ~ peachy caramel crisp ~

  • 2 - 15 oz
    cans, cling peaches - drained
  • 1/2 c
    each - melted, butter & flour
  • 1 c
    rolled oats - quick cooking
  • 3/4 c
    packed, brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon

How To Make ~ peachy caramel crisp ~

    Preheat oven to 375 degree F. In a bowl, mix the butter, flour, salt, brown sugar and oats until well blended. Arrange drained peaches in a 9 inch pie plate. Evenly crumble the oat mixture over the peaches.

    Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly. Enjoy this yummy goodness, warm with ice cream or whipped cream. Great cold as well!
