    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter melted
  • 15 oz
    can sliced peaches drained reserve the liquid
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese room temp
  • 3 tsp
    reserved peach juice
  • 2 tsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans (optional)

How To Make peaches and cream pudding cake

  • 1
    Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together. Add the egg, milk and butter beat until well incorporated.

    Grease a 9 inch round pan and pour the batter in the pan. Arrange the peaches over the dough.

    Mix the cream cheese, sugar and peach juice together and spoon over peaches.

    Mix the cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle over the top. Top with pecans

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes
