When I was a little girl of 5 kids, my mom made desserts as cheaply as she could. They were so delicious. She made this one thing, which I named Peach Fluff. So simple, so good, and so light for summer. It is also great with strawberries.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Look like the hostess with the mostest without breaking a sweat! This tasty dessert is proof positive that great-tasting food doesn't have to be complicated. Light and airy, this peach fluff tastes like whipped cream with a burst of juicy peaches. We suggest enjoying this quickly. The fluff does not hold its form long and will become thin and runny.

Ingredients For peach fluff

  • 1 can
    evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 c
    chopped fresh peaches or strawberries

How To Make peach fluff

  • Pour cold evaporated milk into a mixing bowl.
    1
Put your can of evaporated milk in the freezer for 3 - 4 hours to get it very cold. Then pour into a cold mixing bowl.
  • Mix until it gets fluffy and add sugar.
    2
Mix it with your mixer on high. As it starts to fill the bowl, pour in the sugar.
  • Add vanilla extract.
    3
Then add the vanilla. Taste it, make sure it has the sweetness you want. It will fill the top of your mixing bowl and get stiff and thick.
  • Gently mix in peaches.
    4
Then gently mix in the chopped up peaches or strawberries, whichever one you choose to use. Both are great. Since peaches are in right now, I use peaches. Pour into sherbert cups.
