I like to whip up this litle dessert when I don't have time to roll out a pie dough. You could use any canned fruit or pie filling that you prefer.

Ingredients For peach crumble

1 can(29 oz) sliced peaches, drained

1 tsplemon zest

1 1/4 cpie crust mix
-
3/4 cbrown sugar, packed

1/4 stickbutter (do not subsitute)

whipped topping or ice cream for garish
How To Make peach crumble

1Place peaches in an 8 x 8 " baking pan. Add lemon zest.

2In a small bowl, crumble pie crust mix and brown sugar together; mix well.

3Sprinkle brown sugar mixture evenly over peaches and dot with butter.

4Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
