Ingredients For peach crisp

  • 8 c
    frozen peach slices
  • 1/3 c
    granulated sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 3/4 c
    coarsely crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c
    rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 c
    butter cut up
  • vanilla ice cream(optional)

How To Make peach crisp

  • 1
    Thaw peaches do not drain. preheat oven to 375 degrees f. for filling, im a very large bowl stir together granulated sugar, the 3 tablespoons flour, and 1 teaspoon of the cinnamon. add peaches; toss to coat. spread in a 3 quart ungreased rectangular baking dish. drizzle honey over peaches.

    for toppoing. in a large bowl stir together crushed graham crackers, brown sugar, the 1/2 cup flour, rolled oats, and the remaining 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. useing a pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbes. sprinkle topping evenly over the peach mixture.

    Bake,uncovered, about 40 minutes or until topping is golden brown and filling is bubby. if desired serve topped with ice cream.
