peach cobbler
This is the easiest cobbler ever! The original recipe calls for only milk and white sugar. I decided to use some of the peach juice and brown sugar. It works well together!

Ingredients For peach cobbler

1 cansliced peaches, 29 oz, in heavy syrup; drained but reserve liquid

2 cbiscuit mix (i use bisquick)

1 cmilk
-
1 creserved peach juice

1/2 tspground nutmeg

1 cbutter, melted

1-1/2 cbrown sugar, not packed
How To Make peach cobbler

1Preheat oven to 375°. Drain peaches, reserving liquid. Mix with brown sugar and set aside.

2Mix together biscuit mix, nutmeg, milk and peach juice. Add in melted butter until combined.

3Pour into 9x13" baking dish. No need to butter dish. Spoon peach mixture over batter.

4Bake @ 375° for 45-50 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or, even better, ice cream.
