Ingredients For peach burritos

  • 2 large peaches, white or yellow
  • 3 fresh flour tortillas, 8 inch size
  • ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. butter, divided

How To Make peach burritos

  • 1
    Thinly slice peaches and put along the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon over the peaches and then fold the tortilla like a burrito.

    For each burrito, melt 1 tsp. butter in skillet over low heat. Put the burrito in the skillet and heat just til golden brown on each side. Heat burrito for only a few minutes to ensure that the tortilla is cooked but not too crispy. Remove from heat an sprinkle with another pinch of cinnamon. Serve at once. Makes 3 servings.
