Peach and Blueberries ! Nice new treat to try ! You could mix a different fruit in of course, like sneak a few cranberries in.
I used less sugar than called for and made it in an 8 inch deep glass pie plate.

Ingredients For peach-a-berry cobbler

1 Tbspcornstarch
-
1/4 cbrown sugar

1/2 ccold water
-
2 csliced fresh peaches, mixed with 1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 cfresh blueberries
-
1 Tbspbutter or margarine

1 Tbsplemon juice
- CRUST:

1 csifted all purpose flour
-
1/2 cgranulated sugar
-
1 1/2 tspbaking powder
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 cmilk
-
1/4 csoft butter or margarine
- NUTMEG TOPPING:
- 2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR MIXED WITH 1/4 TEASPOON NUTMEG
How To Make peach-a-berry cobbler

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix first three ingredients; add fruits.
Cook and stir until mixture thickens.
Add butter and lemon juice. Pour into 9 X 13 inch baking pan. -
2Crust:
Sift together dry ingredients. Add milk and butter all at once.
Beat til smooth. Spread over fruit.
Sprinkle with Nutmeg Topper. -
3Bake cobbler in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until done. Serve with cream or ice cream.
