How To Make pastry wrapped plums

1Dough: Mix flour, salt, sugar. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly. Add egg yolk and cold water until mixed well. Roll out and cut into rounds big enough to cover plums,

2Place plums in center of dough fill the center where you took the pit out with cinnamon sugar and a dot of butter. Wrap plum with dough completely.

3Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
