    slightly green-tipped bananas
  • 1/4 c
    lime juice
  • 1/3 c
    honey
  • 1/4 c
    dry sherry
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • whipped cream
  • cinnamon

How To Make panama hatties

    Preheat oven to 400°.
  • 2
    Put bananas into buttered shallow baking dish. Brush with juice.
  • 3
    Blend honey, sherry, and butter. Pour over bananas and bake for 15-20 minutes.

    Serve warm, topped with well-chilled plain whipped cream dusted with cinnamon to taste.
