1/4 cdry sherry

How To Make panama hatties

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Put bananas into buttered shallow baking dish. Brush with juice.

3Blend honey, sherry, and butter. Pour over bananas and bake for 15-20 minutes.

4Serve warm, topped with well-chilled plain whipped cream dusted with cinnamon to taste.
