Ingredients For oatmeal apple crisp

  • 1 c
    rolled oats
  • 1 c
    brown sugar, light
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 Tbsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 c
    white sugar
  • 4
    apples

How To Make oatmeal apple crisp

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees and light grease an 8 inch pan.

    Combine rolled oats, brown sugar, flour, butter/margarine, and 1/2 tbls cinnamon. Mixture should be crumbly.

    Core, peel and chop apples into cubes. Coat with white sugar and remaining cinnamon.

    Pour apple mixture into pan. Cover with oatmeal crumble.

    Bake 40 - 45 minutes or until golden brown.

    Serve immediately with vanilla ice cream and carmel sauce. Enjoy!
