  • 2 oz
    egg (approx. 1 egg)
  • 3 oz
    banana
  • 1/2 oz
    nut butter
  • 1 oz
    favorite dry grain (oatmeal, grits, cream/wheat cream/rice)
  • 1 dash
    baking powder
  • 1 dash
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 oz
    plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 oz
    strawberries or favorite fruit

How To Make no flour no sugar compliant strawberry mug bake

  • 1
    Mix egg, banana, nut butter, grain, baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla (add a dash of sea salt if you'd like) until mostly smooth.

    Pour into a lightly greased bowl and microwave on high for 3 minutes or until cooked through.
