1 ozfavorite dry grain (oatmeal, grits, cream/wheat cream/rice)

1 dashbaking powder

1 dashground cinnamon

1/8 tspvanilla

2 ozplain Greek yogurt

3 ozstrawberries or favorite fruit
How To Make no flour no sugar compliant strawberry mug bake

1Mix egg, banana, nut butter, grain, baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla (add a dash of sea salt if you'd like) until mostly smooth.
