This was my Mom's recipes , Its basically a apple crisp. Its very good , and is best served warm with vanilla ice cream or heavy cream poured over top.

Ingredients For no crust apple crunch pie

  • FILLING :
  • 3 c
    apples ; peeled and sliced
  • 1 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar, light
  • 1 Tbsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    nutmeg ; optional
  • TOPPING :
  • 3/4 c
    flour
  • 3/4 c
    oatmeal
  • 1/4 tsp
    soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar , light
  • 1/3 c
    butter

How To Make no crust apple crunch pie

  • 1
    Mix all the filling ingredients in a medium bowl and pour into a buttered 8x8" baking dish.

    Mix all the topping ingredients in a medium bowl until combined and crumbly and spread over top of apples.

    Bake @ 350° for 35-45 minutes.
