I have made this apple crisp many times. Sometimes I switch out the vanilla wafers for ginger snaps or graham crackers. This recipe is supposed to make 12 - 1/2 cup servings. Who are they kidding, who is gonna eat just 1/2 cup? Not me, I want about 3 of those 1/2 cup servings. Actually, this recipe is designed to reduce the fat in apple crisp. per serving: calories 160, cholesterol 0mg, dietary fiber 1g, total fat 6g, saturated fat 2g, sodium 80 mg, carbohydrate 28g, sugars 21g, This is a Kraft Foods Recipe and can be found on their website: www.kraftfoods.com
