Had nectarines and peaches left over and didn't know what to do with them, so I decided to take a leap of faith and try something new. So I made this recipe, and it was a HUGE hit!!!!!! Hope you enjoy too!

Ingredients For nectarine and peach cobbler
- FILLING

2 cfresh sliced peaches

2 cfresh sliced nectarines

1 csugar
-
1/8 tspfresh ground nutmeg

1/4 tspcinnamon
-
1 tspvanilla extract
- COBBLER MIXTURE
-
3/4 cflour
-
1 csugar
-
2 tspbaking powder
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
3/4 cmilk
-
1 stickbutter, melted
How To Make nectarine and peach cobbler

1Mix sliced peaches and sliced nectarines with 1 cup of the sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg, then set this bowl aside.

2Preheat oven to 350. Put the oleo/butter in a 13x9 inch baking dish and melt it in the oven.

3Stir up remaining cup of sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and milk and pour this batter over the melted oleo/butter, but DO NOT STIR.

4Put the 1st bowl of sugared sliced peaches and nectarines on the top of the batter, but DO NOT STIR!

5Bake for an 1 hour 10 min at 350. The batter will rise to the top and the top will be CRISP and BROWN.

6Serve with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!!!
