Ingredients For mountain blackberry cobbler

2/3 csugar

4 cblackberries

3 Tbspflour

1/2 tspgrated lemon rind

1 tsplemon juice

1/4 tspnutmeg

1/2 tspcinnamon

1/8 tspsalt

1 Tbspbutter or margerine

2refrigerated pie crusts
How To Make mountain blackberry cobbler

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Unfold pie crust and place layer of crust in a casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients except butter, and pour into dish. Dot mixture with butter and cover with top crust. Sprinkle with a little sugar on top. Bake for 10 minutes and reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crust is golden brown.
