These bars were made by my mom, Rosanne. They are very yummy, or atleast my family thought so!

Ingredients For mom's rhubarb bars

  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 3/4 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 c
    butter or oleo
  • filling:
  • mix 4 beaten eggs
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1/3 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • add 4 cups chopped rhubarb

How To Make mom's rhubarb bars

    Mix and pat into a 9x13 ungreased pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 15-20 minutes
  • 2
    Spoon filling mixture over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
