My mom made this all the time. She even had a mild stroke one day with this in the oven.Thank goodness my brother was there. You can substitue any fruit you want. It always comes out good.

Ingredients For moms cherry pudding

  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 can
    cherries drained (save juice)
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1 Tbsp
    corn starch

How To Make moms cherry pudding

  • 1
    Mix together 1 cup sugar, flour, baking soda, cherries, and egg. place in 9x13 pan and bake for 30 minutes.

    While pudding is baking mix fruit juice (fill with water to make a cup of juice),1/2 cup of sugar, and 1 tlbs, cook together then pour over pudding when done.
