My mom "threw" this together for unexpected company a few decades ago. It became a family favorite being used at many get-togethers like baby and bridal showers and church pot-lucks. So easy and delicious!

Ingredients For mom's cherry crunch

  • 1 box
    white dry cake mix
  • 2 can
    cherry pie filling
  • 1 stick
    soft butter
  • 1/2 c
    pecans, chopped

How To Make mom's cherry crunch

    Pour both cans of cherry pie filling into 9x13 cake pan
  • 2
    Mix soft butter and chopped pecans with dry white cake mix and spread over cherries.

    Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm or cool. Tastes great both ways. Really good with mixed nuts.
