Ingredients For mom's apple cake

1 1/2 call purpose flour

1/2 csugar

2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspbaking soda

1egg
-
1/2 cmilk
-
1/2 cmelted butter
-
apples, evenly sliced

cinnamon
-
sugar
How To Make mom's apple cake

1Mix all dry ingredients.

2Beat egg, milk and butter. Add to dry ingredients and mix well.

3Turn into 8" pan, top with sliced apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

4Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
