Ingredients For mixed fruit crepes with whipped cream

  • 1 lb
    fresh peaches, or canned
  • 1 lb
    fresh pears, or canned
  • 3
    bananas
  • 2 Tbsp
    cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 8
    crepes, homemade or prepared

How To Make mixed fruit crepes with whipped cream

    Mash the bananas with cream and sugar and cover the surface of each crepe.
  • 2
    Cut the peaches and pears into small pieces and lay over the bananas.
  • 3
    Roll or fold the crepes.

    Place the crepes in a buttered ovenproof dish, dot with butter and bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 15 minutes.

    Serve with a melba sauce or whipped cream.
