Ingredients For melt in your mouth apple-pecan crisp

5 lggranny smith apples, peeled, cut into 1/4"-thick slices

2 Tbsplemon juice

3/4 cflour

3/4 cpacked dark brown sugar

1 tspcinnamon

1/8 tspsalt

1/2 cbutter

3/4 cchopped pecans
How To Make melt in your mouth apple-pecan crisp

1Lightly spray inside liner of slow-cooker w/ cooking spray. Place apple slices in bottom of slow-cooker, drizzle w/ lemon juice, toss to coat.

2In bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Cut in butter w/ 2 forks until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.

3Cover, cook on high 2-3 hrs, or until apples are tender. I find that it takes about 1 hr and 30 mins. Sprinkle w/ pecans and serve warm w/ whipped cream or ice cream.
