Raita is yogurt dish mainly taken after the main dish. It is prepared with differnent combinations of fruits, vegetables and other ingredients. Today I prepared mango raita which is very refreshing and healthy in a hot evening.

1/2 ccream, fresh

1/2 cmango pulp / puree

3 Tbspsugar or honey

1 cmango cut in cubes
How To Make mango yogurt raita

1whip together, yogurt, cream, mango pulp, sugar/honey and bring to a thick consistency.

2Mix in Mango peices, cool and serve.
