Raita is yogurt dish mainly taken after the main dish. It is prepared with differnent combinations of fruits, vegetables and other ingredients. Today I prepared mango raita which is very refreshing and healthy in a hot evening.

Ingredients For mango yogurt raita

  • 1 c
    greek yogurt
  • 1/2 c
    cream, fresh
  • 1/2 c
    mango pulp / puree
  • 3 Tbsp
    sugar or honey
  • 1 c
    mango cut in cubes

How To Make mango yogurt raita

  • 1
    whip together, yogurt, cream, mango pulp, sugar/honey and bring to a thick consistency.

    Mix in Mango peices, cool and serve.
