Ingredients For mango royale

  • 1 kg
    ripe mango (at least 3 pcs.)
  • 2 pkg
    (250ml each) all purpose cream
  • 1 can
    (154ml) condensed milk
  • 2 c
    crashed graham crackers
  • 1/2 stick
    butter, melted

How To Make mango royale

  • 1
    Stir the melted butter & crushed graham together. Press onto the bottom of a glass dish. Keep refrigerated while you prepare the filling.

    Peel & slice the mangoes thinly.

    Whip the cream until double in volume. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk.

    Take the crust-lined glass or plastic dish out of the fridge. Pour the creamed mixture and spread the sliced mangoes on top.

    Chill until firm before serving. Enjoy cooking :)
