I love to make this cobbler, it's so very easy to make and so full of delicious fresh fruit. YUM!

Ingredients For loaded fruit cobbler

  • 4 Tbsp
    unsalted butter
  • 3/4 c
    flour
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 1 lg
    peach, sliced thin
  • 1 c
    fresh blackberries
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon

How To Make loaded fruit cobbler

    Heat oven to 350. Place butter in a 8" or 9" pan. Place in oven until butter is melted. In lg bowl, combine flour, 3/4 cup sugar, salt and baking powder. Add milk, whisk until smooth.

    Pour batter into pan, over butter. Top w/ fruit. In small bowl, mix together 1 tbsp sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle cinnamon mix over fruit. Bake 35-45 mins, or until cooked through. Serve w/ whipped cream.
