Ingredients For lighter strawberry bars

1/3 csugar

1 Tbsplite sour cream

1 lgegg
-
1-1/2 cflour
-
1/2 cwhole wheat flour

1/2 csugar-free strawberry jam

2 Tbsplight brown sugar

1/4 cchopped walnuts
How To Make lighter strawberry bars

1Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Beat in sour cream and egg. Beat in both flours, 1/2 cup at a time.

2Press 1-1/4 cups dough into bottom of baking pan. Spread jam evenly over dough. Pat remaining dough over jam.

3Sprinkle top evenly w/ brown sugar and walnuts. Bake for 35 mins, cool. Cut into bars.
