1 lbsponge cake

1 boxlemon or lime jello

6egg yolk
-
3/4 csugar
-
2limes or lemon juice

2lime or lemon zest, grated

3/4 cwater boiling

6egg whites

3/4 csug
How To Make lemon souffle

1Line bottom of springform pan with sponge cake Mix jello with water, cool til beginning to jell Beat yolks til thick, add juice and 1/2 of sugar.

2Cook stirring til thick as custard, cool

3Beat egg whites stiff with remaining sugar

4Combine Jello and yolks and beat til blended and fluffy Fold in whites Pour into sponge cake lined pan

5Chill and unmold
