Ingredients For lemon-pear pudding

3 lgpears, peeled & thinly sliced

1/4 cfresh lemon juice
-
1/4 csugar
-
1 cself-rising flour

3/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 tspgrated lemon rind

1/2 cbutter or margarine
-
whipped cream, unsweetened
How To Make lemon-pear pudding

1Preheat oven to 400^. Combine first 3 ingredients; place in a lightly greased 8" square baking dish.

2Combine flour, brown sugar and lemon rind; cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly, then sprinkle evenly over pear mixture.

3Bake for 30-35 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
